Fund Operations & Reporting
- Oversee the client onboarding process for new investors.
- Manage the fund valuation process with administrators and portfolio teams.
- Liaise with teams to ensure timely and accurate investor reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements through automation.
Legal, Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Manage fund licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory restrictions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements with vendors and partners.
Vendor & Strategic Management
- Maintain oversight of key external service providers.
- Ensure service standards meet contractual obligations.
- Contribute to new business and product expansion initiatives.
