Role Overview: Trading Technology Engineer
This is a core engineering role within the Trading Engine team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the critical systems that handle all brokerage and trading functionalities on the platform.
The team\’s work is integral to the exchange\’s operation, managing everything from order matching and risk checks to derivatives pricing and settlement. The goal is to scale the platform to support millions of users and transactions per second.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain trading engine systems for risk management, pricing, and order management.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts to optimize existing models and develop new algorithms.
- Maintain and enhance margin and risk management systems to ensure platform stability.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to gather requirements and execute implementations.
Qualifications & Requirements
This remote job requires a specific set of skills and experience. Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
